With this template, the letterhead design is broken into two parts. Put the top of your letterhead design on the top of page 1 and the bottom of your letterhead design on the bottom of page 2.
When finished, use scotch tape (on the backside of the paper only) to attach the bottom sheet (page 2) to the top sheet (page 1) just above the dotted line. When finished, these instructions should be covered by the bottom sheet. (If there is no design at the bottom, simply turn the instructions under just above the dotted line.)
Tell the print shop to reduce this to 77% of the original size so it will fit perfectly on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper.
